By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.

The Application is a financial utility tool designed to help users discover, compare, and evaluate financial product offers — including loans, credit facilities, and related banking services — from partner institutions. The App aggregates publicly available and partner-provided information to present you with options that may best suit your needs.

2. Privacy and No Data Collection

AILARA CAPITAL SL does not collect, store, retain, sell, or share any personal data or user information through the Application. The App does not require account registration, does not track your activity, and does not gather device identifiers, usage analytics, or financial details.

3. Eligibility

To use the Application, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Be a resident of India or otherwise eligible to access the financial products featured within the App.

4. User Obligations

When using the Application, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Application or its systems.
• Provide accurate information only when dealing directly with partner institutions outside of our App.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your device and any credentials associated with your use of the App.

5. AI-Powered Document Scanner

The Application includes an optional AI-powered scanning feature that utilises the ChatGPT API provided by OpenAI to analyse documents and extract relevant financial information to assist in offer matching.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the Application are the exclusive property of AILARA CAPITAL SL or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services and Partner Institutions

The Application may contain links or redirects to third-party websites and platforms operated by our partner financial institutions. We do not collect or transmit your data when you use these links — any information you provide goes directly to the partner institution. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of those external services.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application and all information provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILARA CAPITAL SL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Guarantee of loan or credit approval.
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of offer information displayed in the App.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application or AI scanning features.

AILARA CAPITAL SL shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, or disputes arising from your relationship with any partner financial institution or from reliance on information presented in the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
