2. We Do Not Collect Your Data

• Collect device identifiers, IP addresses, usage analytics, or behavioural tracking data.
• Use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies to monitor your activity.
• Require account registration or login to use the App.
• Store any information on our servers about you or your use of the App.

Because we do not collect data, there is no personal data for us to process, retain, sell, or share.

3. How the Application Works

The Application is a financial utility tool that helps you discover and compare financial product offers from partner institutions. It displays publicly available and partner-provided offer information directly within the App.

All browsing, comparison, and exploration within the App takes place on your device. We do not receive, log, or store any record of your interactions. AILARA CAPITAL SL is NOT a bank or licensed lender and does not directly provide loans or credit products.

4. AI-Powered Scanner and OpenAI

The Application includes an optional AI document scanner powered by the ChatGPT API (OpenAI). This feature allows you to scan documents for financial information to help identify relevant offers.

When you use the AI scanner, document content is transmitted directly to OpenAI for real-time analysis only. The scan result is returned to your device and is not stored by us. OpenAI processes this data under its own policies. We encourage you to review:

5. Partner Financial Institutions

The App displays offers from partner banks and may redirect you to their websites or applications. When you choose to visit a partner institution, you leave our App and enter a third-party environment.

AILARA CAPITAL SL does not collect or transmit your data to partner institutions. Any information you provide to a partner bank — such as during a loan application — is submitted directly to that institution and is governed by their own privacy policy. We have no access to, and do not receive, any data you share with partners.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in connection with your download and use of the App, as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. AILARA CAPITAL SL does not receive any of this information from Apple.

Similarly, as described in Section 4, OpenAI processes document content solely for real-time AI analysis when you actively use the scanner feature. We do not pass any additional personal data to OpenAI.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including minors. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.
